Fees & Rescheduling

BOOKING DEPOSIT
To secure my services and the production date; I must have received the deposit fee from you before the date mentioned in the “BOOKING & DATE-LOCK DEPOSIT” section of the table on the main invoice page.

REMAINING SUM
The remaining sum is due by the date mentioned in the “REMAINING SUM” section of aforementioned table. The remaining sum must be paid before I will provide you with the final, full resolution deliverables.

RESCHEDULING (& APPLICABLE FEES)
If a rescheduling of the production date is necessary, you must inform me at least 3 days (72hrs) BEFORE the initial planned production date. You are entitled to 1 fee-free rescheduling.

If you reschedule within 3 days (72hrs) of the production date or need to reschedule for a second time (or more) you will be charged a rescheduling fee equal to the amount of the booking deposit.

IF the production is reliant on (agreed upon) weather conditions, the first rescheduling will be of no extra cost regardless of timing.

CHANGES TO PRODUCTION PLAN
You accept that the invoiced fee is subject to change if you wish to make considerable amendments to the production (eg. location, styling, technical specifications, etc.)
In which case I will make you aware of the new total fee and supply you with an adjusted Invoice which will be identifiable by the more recent date in the header and the original invoice number + ”vx”
(Eg. Invoice #0402v2, #0402v3)

Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel at least 5 days (120hrs) BEFORE the planned production date, you will receive a full refund of the deposit and/or full amount paid. (This does not apply to retainer contracts)

If you cancel within 5 days (120hrs) of the production date or after a first reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit.
*if you’ve already paid the total overall amount, you will receive a refund for the amount mentioned in the “REMAINING SUM” row of the table on the main invoice page.
